Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years of professional Java development experience.
Proficiency with Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, JPA, and strong OOP and design patterns knowledge.
Experience with databases and SQL; familiarity with version control systems like Git.

Experienced individual contributor who can lead complex projects and mentor junior engineers with technical and operational guidance.
Capable of designing testable, observable software and establishing team-level operational excellence metrics.
Comfortable working in data-focused environments, preferably with understanding of data quality tools or anomaly detection.
