Workforce Engagement Team Lead

Lead and manage the Workforce Engagement team in Hyderabad, delivering global and local internal engagement initiatives for R&D functions.

Act as primary liaison with global and local R&D teams to develop and execute communication strategies and high-impact engagement events (e.g., town halls, leadership meetings, R&D Week).

Oversee team performance, delegate tasks aligned with skills, track key metrics (KPIs), and ensure timely completion of deliverables while cultivating a high-performing, innovative team environment.

Work Experience: Proven experience as a team leader or supervisor, preferably in Workforce Engagement, Communications, or Marketing within the pharmaceutical industry.

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Life Sciences, Business, Communication, or related field.

Language: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; knowledge of French and German is a plus.

Location: Hyderabad, India (onsite requirement implied).

Experienced leader capable of building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders across geographies and functions in a matrixed environment.
