Proficiency in Malayalam at intermediate level.
Strong skills in MS Office and data modelling.
Bachelor’s, Post Graduation Diploma, or Master’s Degree from Tier-1 B Schools.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in consulting or advisory roles related to human capital and organizational transformation.
Capable of structured design thinking and solution formulation for client challenges.
Comfortable engaging with clients to resolve strategic and operational issues and contribute to proposals and practice building.
