At least 5 years as a Salesforce Business Analyst with minimum 3 years hands-on Salesforce Administration in multi-cloud environments.
Mandatory certifications: Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201); experience with Salesforce CRM, CPQ, Agentforce required.
Work Environment: 100% in-office; minimal travel; expertise in Sales, Service, Experience Clouds, and CPQ strongly required.
