Advisor Software Engineer

Own the end-to-end system design and architecture of large-scale distributed, cloud-native platforms with emphasis on resilience, scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.

Build production-quality full-stack software using modern programming languages and frameworks, ensuring code quality, CI/CD automation, and DevSecOps practices.

Lead AI-driven engineering by architecting agentic AI systems and intelligent automation pipelines, mentor engineers, influence engineering culture, and drive technical standards across multiple teams.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.

14+ years of hands-on software development experience including at least 4 years in senior or lead architecture roles.

Proven experience with large-scale distributed system design (microservices, event-driven, serverless) and expertise with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and related infrastructure-as-code and containerization tools.

Hands-on expertise in AI-powered applications including LLM integrations, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration frameworks.

Technical leader with deep expertise in system design and cloud architecture capable of influencing across multiple teams without direct authority.

Strong background in both frontend and backend modern software engineering, demonstrating ability to build full-stack scalable applications with rigorous testing and CI/CD.

Experienced in architecting and deploying AI-native systems and driving adoption of advanced AI technologies that create measurable business impact.
