Lead requirement gathering workshops and provide architectural and solution guidance for SAP financial planning implementations.
Develop, support, test, and document SAP SAC Planning and Consolidation applications including group reporting; collaborate with technical teams to deliver solutions.
Manage a team of solution consultants and provide post go-live support and hyper-care; grow into a functional Subject Matter Expert in SAP FI-CO planning and consolidation processes.
Minimum Requirements
7+ years experience in financial planning, analysis, and consolidation processes with 5+ years on SAP Planning and Consolidation tools (SAP SAC, BPC).
Experience managing a team of 2-6 members.
Functional knowledge of financial planning processes including Revenue, Product Cost, Workforce, Opex, Capex, P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash flow planning with cross-process integration.
Location requirement: Bengaluru, India; Degree preference: CA/CPA, ICWA, or Masters in Accounting/Finance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in SAP SAC planning models, including development of dashboards, stories, data actions, and currency conversions.
Has led multiple SAP SAC implementations or combined experience in SAC and SAP BPC/Group Reporting/IP implementations.
Strong functional understanding of financial/accounting business processes, with willingness to evolve as a functional SME in SAP FI-CO Planning and Consolidation domain.
