Own the end-to-end technical architecture for custom applications, automations, dashboards, and data pipelines within business solution development.
Evaluate build-vs-buy decisions, enforce architecture standards, and govern implementation quality primarily within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem and related custom development (Python, SQL, APIs).
Ensure adherence to secure coding, secrets management, and validated SDLC controls in a regulated (GxP) environment; mentor and guide solution developers.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 7 to 15+ years in related roles.
Proven experience architecting solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse) plus custom development in Python, SQL, and API integration.
Working knowledge of AI/LLM solution design including agentic workflows and custom GPT/business agents.
Strong preference for experience in regulated environments with validated SDLC controls (traceability, testing evidence, peer review).
