Develop and maintain complex Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs).
Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Finance, IT, and vendors to gather requirements and define integration strategies.
Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues including root cause analysis and implementing fixes.
Minimum Requirements
3-5 years of Workday experience in HCM or Finance modules.
3+ years of strong Workday development experience using EIB, calculated fields, transformations, and custom reports.
Strong knowledge of Workday Studio and XSLT.
Work Experience Required: At least 3 years in Workday development and integration.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced with Workday integration tools and technologies, especially Studio and Web Services.
Capable of handling complex technical development and troubleshooting independently.
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
