Senior Software Engineer (R14284)

Lead design, implementation, deployment, and operation of complex machine learning platform capabilities supporting model lifecycle, including scalability, reliability, observability, and operational readiness.

Own significant end-to-end technical initiatives, collaborating with Data Science, Product, Risk, Fraud, and Engineering to translate ambiguous business needs into practical solutions and handle production issues.

Mentor engineers, conduct code/design reviews, influence platform technical strategy, and explore AI tools to improve development productivity and operational efficiency.

5+ years professional software engineering experience with production systems.

Strong programming skills in Python with deep knowledge of API design, distributed systems, service architecture, testing, and software design fundamentals.

Experience designing and operating reliable, scalable cloud-native or data-intensive systems, especially in ML platforms, model serving, feature engineering, data platforms, or MLOps.

Must be located in India and able to work remotely from within India.

Able to lead ambiguous technical problems end-to-end from definition through launch and ownership without detailed direction.

Experienced in collaborating cross-functionally with Data Science, Product, Risk, Fraud, and Engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.

Strong mentoring and leadership through technical influence, with ability to connect engineering work to member, business, and operational outcomes.
