Minimum Requirements
15+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years leading multiple teams.
Strong background in distributed systems, databases, or large-scale cloud platforms.
Proficiency with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure and hands-on experience with AI infrastructure concepts including vector search, RAG, embedding pipelines, LLM, and inference systems.
Work Experience Required: 15+ years in software engineering with leadership experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience managing large-scale production SaaS services with emphasis on performance engineering, reliability, and cost optimization in cloud environments.
Technical depth in Go, Python, or Java and ability to mentor engineering managers and senior leaders.
Operates effectively at the intersection of distributed systems, cloud-native platforms, and AI, balancing strategic vision with execution excellence and operational rigor.
