Implement and monitor the My Sustainability Index (MSI) ensuring regulatory, statutory, and legal compliance across all departments.
Manage and enforce occupational health standards, lab safety, fire prevention, emergency response teams (ERT), and risk reduction plans including conducting trainings and emergency drills.
Oversee safety audits, PPE compliance, work permit issuance, pest control, and execution of corrective actions to sustain a safe and compliant workplace environment.
Minimum Requirements
6 to 8 years of relevant work experience in safety and health environment management.
Educational qualifications: B.Tech. or B.Sc. and M.Sc. in related fields; Diploma in Industrial Safety.
Technical expertise in fire safety, SAP usage, HIRA, auditing, safety standards, and occupational health management.
Experience in conducting fire trainings, emergency response coordination, risk reduction plans, and CAPA implementation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in end-to-end implementation and monitoring of safety and sustainability frameworks at site level with demonstrated leadership of emergency response and safety training programs.
Proficient in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing safety compliance audits, data-driven wellness programs, and safety campaign initiatives.
Detail-oriented with operational ownership for maintaining PPE compliance, issuing work permits, and enforcing safety interlocks and protocols in an industrial environment.
