About This Role

Design, review, and maintain system and integration architecture artifacts ensuring consistency, scalability, and alignment with enterprise standards.

Evaluate and implement technology strategies including Generative AI, RPA, automation, and cloud solutions within the HR IT landscape.

Manage LeanIX governance for application portfolios and act as an IT architecture consultant for HR IT stakeholders to support smooth implementation and compliance.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering.

8+ years of overall IT experience with significant exposure to Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, Cloud, or Automation domains.

Proven experience with LeanIX or enterprise architecture tools.

Work Experience Required: 8+ years in relevant IT fields.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Certified or experienced in Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or equivalent.

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and large enterprise environments with complex application and technology landscapes.

Experience designing enterprise Generative AI, RPA solutions (Automation Anywhere, UiPath), and ability to govern technology implementation aligning with corporate IT principles.
