Senior Manager, Client Projects

Lead and oversee multiple client implementation projects end-to-end, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with scope and quality adherence.

Manage and mentor project managers and cross-functional teams, coordinating resources and stakeholder communications including executive updates.

Drive budget planning, resource allocation, vendor contract management, and use industry best practices to ensure project and client satisfaction outcomes.

Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in relevant field.

Relevant project management certification required (e.g., PMP, CAPM, Prince2).

Significant experience in complex client implementation project management within a global IT services organization.

Experienced in managing complex, cross-technology domain IT service delivery projects using both waterfall and agile methodologies.

Proven ability to engage with senior leadership and client executive stakeholders to drive strategic project progress and resolutions.

Strong leadership experience managing multidisciplinary project teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure operational excellence.
