Own delivery of Incentive Compensation portfolio for assigned hub/affiliate, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across Plan Design, Payout, Budget, Eligibility, Contests, and Reporting.
Collaborate with Incentives Leads and internal/external partners to execute demand plans, manage shifting priorities, and resolve delivery issues.
Leverage AI/GenAI tools and modern data platforms to automate workflows, improve quality, support change management, and report progress to leadership.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree required.
2–4 years (Consultant) or 5–7 years (Sr. Consultant) of experience in Incentive Compensation and Sales Force Effectiveness domains.
Proficiency in coding/query languages (e.g., SQL, Python, VBA) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI); familiarity with AI/GenAI tools expected.
Working knowledge of Incentive Plan Design, Payout Calculations, Budget Analysis, Eligibility Processing, Contests, Reporting & Analytics is mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in delivering complex Incentive Compensation solutions using data and AI-enabled tools within a pharmaceutical or similar regulated environment.
Demonstrates strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills, including managing shifting priorities and guiding peers.
Technically adept with modern cloud data platforms (Databricks, AWS, Microsoft Fabric) and proactive in using AI/GenAI to automate and improve processes.
