Senior Automaton Engineer - Hand on

Manage multiple IT Quality teams or functional areas with full responsibility for volume, quality, timeliness, and delivery of results within software testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process.

Develop, implement, and standardize testing strategies, procedures and processes across software development lifecycle, ensuring continuous improvement and process consistency.

Responsible for people management including mentoring, performance evaluation, career development, resource allocation, budgeting, and collaboration with global stakeholders to ensure project stability and productivity.

6-10 years of IT Testing experience required.

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

Strong knowledge of software testing techniques, testing tools, and software development/testing life-cycle methodologies.

Communication and diplomacy skills with ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.

Experienced manager capable of handling multiple teams and integrating cross-functional quality processes within IT projects.

Strong strategic understanding of software testing lifecycle and proven ability to drive process improvements and organizational change in IT Quality.

Comfortable working in global, matrixed environments collaborating with multiple stakeholders including QA, production support, and environment management teams.
