Minimum Requirements
10+ years of experience in compliance, risk, assurance, or supplier management within procurement or supply chain functions.
Proven experience managing teams and delivering services against SLAs and KPIs.
Experience in aerospace or defence sector procurement, including knowledge of relevant procurement policies and regulatory standards (e.g., FAR/DFAR, ESG, anti-bribery, export controls).
Work Experience Required: 10+ years
