Minimum Requirements
15+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in backend, platform, infrastructure, or distributed systems.
Proven senior technical scope at Principal/Staff level or above.
Strong programming skills in one or more backend languages such as Python, Java, Go, C++, Scala, Kotlin, or C#.
Experience building and operating large-scale production distributed systems with strong architecture and system design depth.
