Drive adoption and establish best practices for enterprise-authorized AI-assisted engineering tools to improve code quality, delivery speed, and operational stability.

Lead evaluation of external vendors and internal teams to assess architectural designs and technologies for integration within existing systems.

5+ years of software engineering experience with formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.

Advanced practical skills in Java, Python, Spark, AWS, and SQL.

Experience leading the use of AI-assisted software development tools with focus on validation for correctness, security, and performance.

Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle, agile methodologies including CI/CD, application resiliency, and security.

Experienced in system design, application development, testing, and ensuring operational stability in financial services IT environments.

Capable of leading teams to adopt AI-assisted engineering practices with focus on responsible and secure use of AI in delivery workflows.

Skilled in cloud-native architectures and practical application of AWS and big data technologies such as Kafka and Spark.
