Minimum Requirements
Minimum 6 years professional experience in QA / software testing with enterprise applications in Agile environments.
Proficient in functional, regression, integration, and system testing; defect management; test planning; quality reporting; and release governance.
Experience using test management tools such as Azure Test Plans or Jira; familiarity with Jmeter, Selenium, Playwright.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field preferred but not strictly mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in coordinating with developers, business analysts, DevOps, and stakeholders for release governance and validation.
Demonstrated ability in defect analysis, risk identification, and test scenario design supporting stable production deployments.
Background in automation frameworks, API testing, cloud-hosted or integration-heavy platforms, and enterprise product modernization journeys favored but not required.
