Lead end-to-end statistical data analysis and R&D analytics including data cleaning, in-depth exploration, statistical testing, and insights delivery.
Develop and evaluate predictive models using classification and regression techniques integrated with existing analytics pipelines.
Prepare and present analysis findings and data visualizations to stakeholders effectively.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of hands-on experience in statistical data analysis with expertise in various statistical methods (ANOVA, regression, non-parametric tests, etc.).
Proficient in Python (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn) for data cleaning, analysis, and visualization.
Experience with predictive modeling using Scikit-learn and SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
Work Experience Required: 10+ years.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in independent handling of large, multi-variable datasets and documenting analysis and decisions clearly.
Skilled in translating statistical results into stakeholder-ready reports and presentations.
Domain familiarity preferred in cosmetics, FMCG, pharmaceutical, scientific, sensory, instrumental, formulation data, or Design of Experiments (DoE).
