Flame Retardants Product Manager

Lead regional technical and commercial efforts as subject matter expert in flame retardants, formulation, fire safety standards, and regulatory compliance to create customer value and business opportunities.

Drive solution-based business growth by partnering with principals, customers, and sales teams to develop, commercialize, and expand flame retardant products across Asia Pacific.

Own portfolio strategy and profitability for regional flame retardants products, focusing on sustainable growth, margin expansion, and key customer development projects.

Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related discipline.

8-15 years of experience in flame retardants, polymer, compounds, plastic, or related industries.

Technical knowledge of flame retardant formulation and application development across various polymer systems such as Polyolefins, EVA, XLPE, PVC, Engineering Plastics, TPE, Rubber, and Coatings.

Experience working with principals, compounders, OEMs, distributors, and converters in the flame retardants value chain.

Experienced in managing flame retardants portfolios with a strong techno-commercial focus to drive growth and margin expansion in Asia Pacific markets.

Capable of leading strategic partnerships, customer development, and innovation projects to accelerate product qualification and commercialization.

Skilled at balancing technical formulation expertise with market insights and product management to optimize portfolio profitability and drive business development.
