Lead product and business analysis activities for Compliance, Conduct and Operational Risk programs, including requirement gathering and documentation across multiple stakeholder groups.
Partner with Technology teams using Agile methodology (JIRA) to prioritize work, plan sprints, and oversee user acceptance testing, defect triaging, and release readiness.
Analyze test results, support data testing efforts, and report key risk and compliance metrics to Senior Management.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree mandatory.
Minimum 5 years work experience in banking/financial industry, preferably in risk, compliance, oversight, controls, AML or employee compliance.
Experience with Agile methodology and JIRA for sprint planning and backlog management.
Working hours aligned with EMEA schedule: 12:30 PM to 9:30 PM IST.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in risk and compliance domains within banking or finance, specifically with AML and employee compliance exposure.
Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and facilitate complex requirement gathering workshops.
Strong analytical and testing skills with experience in UAT and defect management under Agile frameworks.
