About This Role

Lead end-to-end product delivery for Job Scheduling, Orchestration, and Search platforms including intake, release management, dependency, and risk management.

Own quarterly planning and the creation of an execution-ready Book of Work detailing scope, priorities, resources, timelines, and risks.

Establish and maintain strong stakeholder communications and continuous improvement of delivery workflows, including AI-driven automation.

Minimum Requirements

5+ years in product delivery or relevant domain and 12+ years overall professional experience.

Experience with product/platform-wide release management and deployment processes.

Proven ability to manage timelines, dependencies, blockers, and stakeholder communication at an executive level.

Experience leveraging AI frameworks for delivery-related activities.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experienced in complex delivery environments, coordinating cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, and SRE.

Strong governance and transparency focus, skilled in Jira-based analytics and standardized delivery reporting.

Knowledge or experience with Job Scheduling (AutoSys, Control-M), Orchestration (Temporal, Airflow), or Search (Elastic/Open Search) products preferred.
