Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure including Servers (Windows, Linux, Solaris), Network devices (Cisco & Juniper), Storage systems, and Communication Links (MPLS - GWAN).
Identify, acknowledge, and manage alarms and incidents using enterprise monitoring solutions; perform Business Ready Checks and report failures appropriately.
Support troubleshooting, incident escalation, and coordination with relevant teams and third parties to ensure continuity and resolution of IT service issues.
Minimum Requirements
0-1 years of experience in NOC or L1 Support for Applications or similar technology.
Experience in Financial Services or a highly pressured environment is essential.
Technical knowledge mandatory in Infrastructure technologies, especially Wintel services.
Knowledge of enterprise monitoring tools (e.g. SolarWinds Orion, SCOM), ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow), and ITIL processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-pressure financial services environment handling critical infrastructure monitoring and incident management.
Strong technical focus on Windows-based infrastructure and network monitoring and troubleshooting.
Experience with or willingness to work in Hyderabad office with hybrid work model (minimum three days onsite).
