Analyze and refine CRM requirements in collaboration with business analysts.
Design, develop, and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM customizations including plugins, workflows, client-side scripting, and server-side components using C# and .NET Framework.
Integrate CRM with external systems and manage deployments, data migration, and environment configurations using Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
Minimum Requirements
4–6 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Engagement) development.
Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, JavaScript, jQuery, and experience with REST APIs, Web Services, SDK, SQL Server.
Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse) and Azure DevOps for solution deployments.
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate or equivalent certification preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in Agile Scrum methodologies with active participation in sprint ceremonies.
Comfortable operating within a DevOps culture, managing deployment pipelines and environment configurations.
Strong ownership and communication skills with capability to manage both team collaboration and individual responsibilities.
