(IND) DISTINGUISHED, DATA SCIENTIST

Lead AI/ML strategy and deliver scalable production AI solutions across Global Governance domains including Security, Compliance, Privacy, Legal, and related fields.

Architect reusable AI platforms and standards, including Responsible AI evaluation metrics, influencing key technology decisions across the enterprise.

Mentor senior data scientists and engineers to enhance technical rigor, best practices in model development, MLOps, explainability, and AI governance with measurable impact.

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, IT or related field with 6+ years of relevant analytics experience, OR Master’s degree with 4+ years experience, OR 8+ years of analytics or related field experience.

Expertise in machine learning, GenAI, agentic AI, advanced analytics, and experience applying these in Security, Compliance, or regulated environments is highly desirable.

Experience mentoring senior technical talent and building reusable AI standards or platforms is essential.

Location: Bangalore, India with daily work from office; Work Experience Required: As per degree options stated above.

Proven senior IC data scientist with deep applied knowledge in ML, agentic AI, NLP, computer vision, graph ML, anomaly detection, forecasting, or optimization within compliance or security domains.

Strong engineering leadership evidenced by mentoring, collaboration across business, product and engineering partners, and influencing long-term AI strategies and governance.

Experience operating at enterprise scale with robust understanding of responsible AI, model risk management, explainability, and driving proactive intelligent governance solutions.
