Minimum Requirements
18+ years in software engineering with deep platform infrastructure, distributed systems or cloud-native expertise.
6+ years in senior engineering leadership roles managing teams of 30+ engineers.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
Demonstrated production experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration across cloud and hybrid environments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in greenfield design and complex platform architecture decisions with deep technical proficiency in orchestration and cloud-native systems.
Proven ability to deliver measurable improvements in large-scale platform reliability, performance, and cost efficiency including infrastructure resource optimization.
Skilled in setting structured engineering programs (OKRs, metrics), managing cross-functional dependencies, and growing senior technical leaders in a multi-cloud (Azure, GCP) and hybrid data center environment.
