Associate Director, Transformation & Operations, GESS - Global Capability Center

Own 2-3 transformation or operational initiatives end-to-end within Corporate Shared Services at GCC, from planning to execution.

Lead process transition execution including detailed planning, documentation, training content creation, and change management support.

Develop process documentation, playbooks, and training materials; conduct cost and efficiency analyses to support business cases for leadership.

12+ years professional experience in GCC/GBS advisory, consulting, or corporate/business operations with project delivery focus.

Strong understanding of GCC/GBS operating models and shared services best practices.

Experience with transition planning, process documentation, change management, and proficient in financial modeling and business case analysis.

MBA in Operations or Finance; prior consulting firm experience strongly preferred.

Experienced in hands-on project execution in GCC/GBS or shared services transformation environments, with a consulting rigor approach.

Able to independently manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders without direct authority and deliver high-quality outputs.

Has strong analytical skills, capable of synthesizing data into actionable insights and confident presenting to functional and operations leadership.
