Senior Finance Manager

Prepare, consolidate and analyze monthly financial reporting across multiple countries ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of results.

Coordinate statutory and internal audits across the region, ensure compliance with local GAAP, IFRS, group policies, and drive closure of audit findings.

Support regional finance teams with accounting guidance, process standardization, system improvements, and oversee accounting operations and financial transaction processing.

Professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, or equivalent).

Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in accounting and finance, including at least 3 years in a controller or senior accounting role.

Experience managing multi-country financial operations and coordinating external audits.

On-site work location in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Experienced in handling multi-entity financial consolidation and regional reporting in a complex environment.

Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP with proven ability to manage audits and compliance across diverse markets.

Capable of leading process improvements, standardization initiatives, and cross-team coordination in a fast-paced finance function.
