Own development and maintenance of Linux Kernel, BSP software, and device drivers for Automotive Infotainment (IVI) platforms.
Perform system debugging, root-cause analysis, and performance optimization across kernel, BSP, and hardware-software interfaces.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, SoC vendors, and validation teams to deliver scalable embedded Linux solutions for automotive customers.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Embedded Systems, or related field.
3-5 years hands-on experience in Linux Kernel, BSP, and Embedded Software Development, preferably in Automotive IVI or embedded environments.
Strong proficiency in Linux Kernel internals, device driver development, BSP customization, board bring-up, and Embedded C programming.
Experience with debugging tools (GDB, ftrace, perf), Device Tree, bootloader concepts, ARM architectures, and communication interfaces like SPI, I2C, UART.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in Automotive IVI or embedded Linux platform development with a deep understanding of kernel subsystems such as Memory Management and IPC.
Operates effectively in collaborative, cross-disciplinary teams working with multiple SoC vendors and hardware integration.
Capable of leading technical discussions and mentoring others while contributing to architecture design and continuous improvement.
