Business Data Analytics Group Manager - Senior Vice President

Develop and implement analytical frameworks and tools to solve business problems by analyzing transactional data across financial products, including derivatives and SFT.

Lead and manage reporting teams to deliver automated variance analysis, dashboards, and data governance controls to improve accuracy and efficiency in regulatory and market reporting.

Drive cross-functional collaboration with senior leaders and stakeholder management to ensure data quality, compliance, and adoption of analytical solutions within markets data domain.

15+ years of relevant experience, preferably in financial services.

Strong expertise in derivatives and SFT products data analysis and data management processes.

Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, PySpark.

Work Experience Required: 15+ years in relevant financial/data analytics roles.

Experienced leader capable of managing large and complex analytical teams and cross-functional projects within financial markets.

Strong analytical and strategic thinker able to translate complex data into actionable business insights and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Proven track record in data governance, regulatory reporting, and leveraging innovative data tools in a highly regulated banking environment.
