Scrum Master 4

Lead end-to-end Agile delivery across multiple teams ensuring predictable sprint and release outcomes, including planning, prioritization, risk, and dependency management.

Drive standardization, governance, and continuous improvement in Agile practices and delivery processes at a program and organizational level.

Mentor Scrum Masters and Agile teams, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and provide delivery insights and escalation to leadership.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

7-10 years of relevant work experience with strong emphasis on project management and end-to-end delivery.

Strong experience leading Agile teams and managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.

Work Experience Required: Minimum 8–11 years of experience in project management with focus on delivery and release management.

Experienced Agile delivery lead comfortable managing complex, cross-team initiatives and cross-functional stakeholders.

Skilled in standardizing Agile processes, driving delivery optimization, and mentoring Scrum Masters and teams to improve Agile maturity.

Ability to analyze delivery metrics and drive data-driven continuous improvement and Agile transformation initiatives.
