Source to Contract Manager

Lead and manage a team of sourcing and contracting specialists, overseeing day-to-day operations and fostering high performance.

Ensure efficient execution of sourcing events (RFx, auctions) and contract administration in compliance with category strategies and governance.

Drive process improvements, optimize tools/templates, and maintain adherence to procurement policies and audit requirements.

10+ years experience in strategic sourcing and contract management in a global, complex organisation.

Experience with RFx execution, bid analysis, contract administration; aerospace or defence sector exposure in Indirect and Direct Procurement.

Knowledge of procurement policies, governance frameworks, compliance specific to aerospace and defence.

Experience with digital procurement tools and process automation; familiarity with Coupa and/or Ivalua is beneficial.

Proven leadership experience managing and developing procurement teams in a matrix, multinational environment.

Strong stakeholder management skills with a history of influencing senior leaders and delivering business results.

Experience driving transformation projects and process improvements within aerospace/defence procurement functions.
