Manage vetting of customer and aftermarket MRO invoices to ensure compliance with contracts, policies, and pricing standards.
Validate repair cost estimates for accuracy and commercial reasonableness, review and process clawback cases maintaining records and trackers.
Produce reports using Power BI and Excel to monitor service performance and support process improvements, including automation of routine activities.
Minimum Requirements
2–7 years relevant experience in invoicing, estimation, cost analysis, clawback, commercial review, or financial analysis.
Working knowledge of aftermarket repair and maintenance invoicing and basic ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle or equivalent).
Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for reporting and visualization.
Location: Bengaluru, India.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience in aerospace or automotive aftermarket operations is advantageous.
Analytical, detail-oriented with strong data management and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in a mid-sized team with good stakeholder coordination and communication abilities.
