Minimum Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
4-5 years experience in warehouse operations, preferably in QSR, food service, cold chain, or FMCG logistics.
Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), MS Excel, and general IT systems.
Ability to work rotational shifts including night shifts at Chennai location.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in managing cold chain or temperature-controlled warehouse environments with strict adherence to food safety and temperature compliance.
Capable of leading operational teams to meet high standards in e-commerce, B2B/B2C distribution channels with strong focus on inventory accuracy and SLA management.
Comfortable acting as key customer interface for operational execution and escalation management.
