Minimum Requirements
4-9 years functional testing experience with strong Capital Markets knowledge.
3+ years leading project teams and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
Proficiency with Test Management Tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SQL, and PowerPoint; experience with UiPath for test automation.
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Management, or Information System Management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in Investment Banking applications across Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office covering multiple asset classes.
Strong ability to design test strategy and approach aligned with client service models and project milestones.
Familiarity with AI concepts and AI-driven testing practices; can champion adoption of AI-enhanced methodologies.
