Own end-to-end FX trade confirmation and settlement process ensuring timely settlement per market deadlines and internal SLAs.
Manage investigation and resolution of settlement fails and discrepancies by liaising with front office, compliance, finance, claims, IT, counterparties, and custodians.
Support process improvements, project management, technology development, testing and production monitoring for Change the Bank and Run the Bank initiatives impacting the team.
Minimum Requirements
5 to 7+ years of experience in Financial Services with hands-on experience in FX confirmation and settlement processes.
Graduate degree in Finance or Commerce (B.COM, BBM/BBA, MBA Finance, M.COM or related) mandatory.
Knowledge and experience with FX products (spot, forward, swap, NDFs, options) and settlement/payment systems such as SWIFT, Misys, FXall, GTSS, Bloomberg, CLS, LCH.
Willingness to work late EMEA shift hours (4pm to 1am IST) and based in Hyderabad or Mumbai.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in handling interbank, corporate, CLS, and CLS_NET settlements with front-to-back FX confirmation and settlement knowledge.
Proficient in stakeholder management across multiple internal teams and external counterparties for trade lifecycle support and risk mitigation.
Familiar with process automation, operational risk, compliance adherence, and able to support project SME roles during technology upgrades or change initiatives.
