Software Technologist

Participate autonomously in full software development cycle including design, development, testing, and deployment, collaborating closely with team members.

Lead software design initiatives and provide technical expertise and guidance within the team, ensuring adherence to coding standards and quality.

Develop and execute test plans, perform code reviews, resolve software defects, and maintain technical documentation to ensure high-quality, reliable software delivery.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electronics, IT, or related engineering discipline.

4 to 8 years of experience in software development, design, testing, or quality assurance with relevant vocational education.

Ability to work from company facilities at least 3 days per week (office-based role).

Work Experience Required: 4–8 years.

Experienced in software design and architecture with proven ability to lead technical initiatives and code quality improvements.

Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively in paired programming or team settings, contributing to end-to-end software delivery.

Familiar with Agile methodologies, software development lifecycle, test automation, and DevOps practices for continuous improvement and integration.
