Provide technical leadership and accountability for Elasticsearch and Microsoft SQL Server databases within the Datastores and Streaming (DSS) team.
Drive global database and streaming operations including evolution, support, and high-availability design across multiple database technologies.
Lead automation, cloud system configuration, and collaborate with global teams on change initiatives and AI transformation efforts.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 12 years of experience including leadership in managing large-scale databases and distributed systems.
Expertise with Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle is mandatory; familiarity with Elasticsearch preferred.
Experience with cloud deployment, automation tools (Ansible, Jenkins, Terraform), and Linux system administration.
Work Experience Required: At least 12 years with leadership responsibilities.

Senior leader with proven experience in database architecture and deployment design for mission-critical systems exceeding 10TB in size.
Comfortable working in a global, collaborative environment managing multiple database technologies and streaming platforms.
