Senior Analyst

Own financial control processes within Bangalore Brokerage Operations ensuring integrity of financial reporting and compliance with accounting policies and regulations.

Review, document, and adjust variance and control analysis thresholds to reflect business environment changes, and escalate material issues as needed.

Produce periodic analytic reports and management packs; coordinate audits; manage invoice processing and reconciliation for vendor and broker payments.

Minimum 24 months as Analyst at current P1 level plus 24 months as Technical Coordinator/Associate Consultant.

Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Commerce or Accounting required.

At least 2 years of experience in Financial Services Industry; Asset Servicing experience preferred.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Power BI, and SQL.

Experienced in corporate financial control or accounting practice with knowledge of accounting, reporting, financial control, statutory and audit requirements.

Capable of working late EMEA shift and managing dynamic and changing work environments.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, able to escalate and resolve financial discrepancies effectively.
