Senior Data Scientist I

Consult with Clinical Solutions team to assess and implement the best AI or traditional data science solutions for diverse use cases.

Develop, test, maintain, and optimize Generative AI, RAG pipelines, and NLP solutions including performance evaluation and ethical guardrails.

Deliver production-ready Python code and collaborate with SMEs and tech teams for deployment and operationalization of AI models and pipelines.

5+ years of applied data science experience with a focus on Generative AI, NLP, and machine learning.

Proficiency in Python for data analysis, model development, and deployment; Java experience is an asset.

Strong expertise in transformer models and fine-tuning techniques for large language models (LLMs).

Experience with Generative AI technologies including LLM API usage, evaluation tools, prompt engineering, and knowledge of RAG pipelines.

Experienced in end-to-end model deployment including AI agents, Model Context Protocol (MCP), and cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.

Capable of customizing and optimizing RAG pipelines involving content ingestion, machine translation, and contextualized retrieval.

Comfortable working in a consultancy role advising cross-functional teams on technical fits and implementation strategies.
