6+ years professional software development experience with strong focus on Python.

Proficiency in systems programming languages C and C++ plus backend and front-end exposure including Java, Go, JavaScript.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Experience designing and scaling enterprise-grade distributed systems; familiarity with SQL, NoSQL, vector datastores, messaging queues, and API development.

Experienced in leading engineering teams through full software development lifecycle and code reviews with a focus on best practices.

Comfortable working on legacy stacks and automating existing systems while staying updated on emerging technologies like AI/LLM orchestration systems.

Strong strategic focus on backend development, distributed architecture, data ingestion and processing pipelines, and microservices design.
