Maintain and ensure accuracy of recruiting data, processes, and systems, primarily in the Ashby ATS.

Create, maintain, and audit recruiting reports and data to support Talent Acquisition and business stakeholders.

Support ATS administration, process documentation, and improvements to operational efficiency, including interview scheduling as needed.

2-3 years experience in talent acquisition operations, recruiting operations, HR operations, or similar.

Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems; experience with Ashby ATS is strongly preferred.

Ability to work consistent evening/overnight hours in India aligned with US business hours (approx. 2:30 AM to mid-afternoon IST).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Teams, Excel) and strong data accuracy focus.

Detail-oriented operator comfortable managing data integrity and process consistency in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Experienced with global collaboration and managing recruiting operations supporting US teams from India time zone.

Able to proactively identify inconsistencies and follow through on resolution while supporting cross-functional stakeholders.
