Minimum Requirements
Minimum 3 years of product design experience or relevant internship experience; portfolio required.
Proficient in Figma and AI-enhanced design tools with confidence in design documentation.
Foundational understanding of design systems and accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG fundamentals).
Up to 10% travel may be required; Remote work is not available as per the JD.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Comfortable working under guidance while taking initiative to proactively improve UI designs and documentation.
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product and engineering to clarify requirements and acceptance criteria.
Familiar with usability testing, competitor reviews, iterative design processes, and AI-enhanced workflows.
