Drive compliance and governance standards across automation (Automation Anywhere, Power Platform) and data analytics tools.
Perform code reviews, conduct audits, manage documentation, and support governance processes related to RPA, data visualization, and emerging AI technologies.
Collaborate with IT teams, business users, and citizen developers to enforce governance policies and support training on governance procedures.
Minimum Requirements
2-3 years hands-on experience in governance; 7-10 years experience in automation technologies including Automation Anywhere.
Practical knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and exposure to data analytics/visualization platforms like Alteryx or Power BI.
Experience conducting code reviews, compliance checks, maintaining documentation, administering environments with role-based access.
On-site location requirement: Bengaluru, Karnataka; Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 hours/week.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced in automation lifecycle management and organizational best practices for RPA and data tools governance.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with IT, automation teams, and business users to implement governance.
Familiarity or willingness to learn emerging technologies governance, including Generative AI, and capable of independently managing governance responsibilities with proactive ownership.
