Lead the design and implementation of an enterprise-scale, multi-tenant AI platform for automating complex financial adjustment processes across Wholesale and Retail businesses at a global enterprise scale.
Architect and build production-grade agentic AI workflows, conversational interfaces, and NLP-driven systems utilizing multi-agent orchestration, tool-use loops, and RAG pipelines.
Provide technical leadership by guiding engineering teams, setting engineering standards, and driving cross-functional adoption while enforcing governance, security, and DevSecOps best practices.
Minimum Requirements
10+ years of overall experience with proven leadership in AI/ML or platform engineering teams in production environments.
Strong hands-on proficiency in Python and multi-agent AI orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, LlamaIndex) including tool use, RAG, prompt engineering, and evaluation frameworks.
Deep experience in event-driven distributed architecture, containerized microservices, and Kubernetes/OpenShift deployment.
Experience with automated CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Harness, GitHub Actions, Tekton, ArgoCD) and implementation of governance and audit standards.
