Minimum Requirements
5 to 10 years of experience in C/C++ design and coding, preferably on Linux environment.
Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, multi-threading, distributed computing, and OS internals (Linux preferred).
Experience with performance profiling tools (e.g., vtune, Oprofiler, perf), low-level code optimization techniques, and HPC software development lifecycle.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven ability to lead and unblock software engineers in HPC domain with expertise in complex system design and optimizations.
Experience working with parallel programming frameworks, GPU programming, and HPC job scheduling or cluster management systems.
Comfortable working in Agile development methodologies and cross-functional teams with strong problem-solving and mentoring skills.
