Procurement Analytics & Change Manager

Oversee and manage daily operations of procurement analytics, market research, data governance, and process/change teams, ensuring delivery aligns with strategic objectives.

Drive process optimization and change management initiatives, including Lean Six Sigma projects, to enhance procurement efficiency and implement new services successfully.

10+ years experience in procurement operations and service delivery, including procurement analytics, process or change management.

Experience in aerospace or defence sector covering both indirect and direct procurement.

Expertise in procurement platforms (SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua) with strong ERP integration knowledge.

Strong background in data analytics, dashboard development, procurement policies, governance, compliance, and transformation project leadership.

Experienced leader capable of managing cross-functional teams focused on procurement analytics and process improvement within a complex, matrix organization.

Strategic operator skilled in leveraging data-driven insights to inform procurement sourcing decisions and drive business outcomes in aerospace/defense context.

Proven change agent with demonstrated ability to execute Lean Six Sigma projects and lead adoption of new procurement services and tools.
