Senior Bilingual System Operations Specialist (Japanese)

Monitor, control, and maintain complex IT systems infrastructure to ensure uninterrupted operations.

Provide technical and business solutions through proactive event monitoring, alert validation, preventive task execution, and escalation of potential issues.

Collaborate with diverse teams and engage with customers to deliver insights on best practices and resource utilization, acting as their trusted advisor.

Fluent in Japanese (JLPT N2 or above) and English, both written and verbal.

At least 6 years of experience in a similar IT or technical systems operations role.

Proficiency in IT systems including networks, hardware, software, and troubleshooting.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field preferred (not strictly mandatory).

Experienced in handling client communications and negotiations in bilingual (Japanese/English) environments.

Hands-on technical expertise with Windows and Linux operating systems and batch operations is preferred.

Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused, and detail-oriented environment with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
