Administer and support PKI services including certificate lifecycle management (requests, issuance, renewal, revocation, inventory, monitoring).
Collaborate with network, application, cloud, endpoint, and infrastructure teams for certificate onboarding, integration, and operational issue resolution.
Develop automation scripts and workflows to improve certificate inventory tracking, monitoring, and renewal efficiency, following PKI governance and security standards.
Minimum Requirements
3+ years of experience in PKI, certificate management, cybersecurity, infrastructure engineering, or related technical field.
Practical knowledge of X.509 certificates, certificate authorities, SSL/TLS, and certificate lifecycle troubleshooting.
Basic scripting or automation skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar).
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, cybersecurity, engineering, or related technical discipline.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experienced with enterprise or managed PKI platforms such as DigiCert TLM, DigiCert ONE, Venafi, Keyfactor, or Microsoft AD CS.
Familiarity with certificate automation technologies (ACME, SCEP, EST) and cloud certificate management platforms (Azure Key Vault, AWS Certificate Manager).
Comfortable collaborating with distributed global technology teams and handling cross-functional PKI integration and support challenges.
